My confinament
Right at the beginning of this confinement I mentalized myself to overcome this difficult time, so I prepared myself well.
The first thing I do is prepare a kind of calendar every day about the things I will do, along with the hours they have. For example, today:
10:00 - Get up
10:30 - Breakfast
11:00 - Exercise at home
- 40 Minutes of Weights
- 20 Minutes of Legs
- 200 sit-ups
- 20 Minutes of Cardio
13:00 - Shower
13:30 - I do my homework in English and FOL
15:00 - Lunch
16:00 - I go out to the terrace to sunbathe
17:00 - Relax
And the rest of the afternoon I spend reading, or talking to my friends by video call, etc.
On Sundays I dedicate them totally to commenting live on e-Sports championships, where I receive some salary and we have hundreds of live viewers.
Also, and not least, I control the diet, I make between 5 or 6 meals a day, having a balanced diet.
Lastly, today we have news that next Saturday we can go running individually. I want to go out, I even have designed the circuit where I am going to run.
