Since March 1, 2020, the coronavirus entered Spain, according to statistics, a total of 54 cases that same day. From there, the cases multiplied, an average of 250 cases per day.
On March 15 and 21, there was a reduction in cases, but the next day it went up again. The peak of cases was reached on March 26 with more than 9,000 and from there we have a notable decrease. So far, Spain has received 224 thousand cases, of which more than 26 thousand people have died.
Spain for 2 months declared the total closure of all the inhabitants of the country and few are taking measures, being able to run or walk.

My confinament
Right at the beginning of this confinement I mentalized myself to overcome this difficult time, so I prepared myself well.
The first thing I do is prepare a kind of calendar every day about the things I will do, along with the hours they have. For example, today:
10:00 - Get up
10:30 - Breakfast
11:00 - Exercise at home
- 40 Minutes of Weights
- 20 Minutes of Legs
- 200 sit-ups
- 20 Minutes of Cardio
13:00 - Shower
13:30 - I do my homework in English and FOL
15:00 - Lunch
16:00 - I go out to the terrace to sunbathe
17:00 - Relax
And the rest of the afternoon I spend reading, or talking to my friends by video call, etc.
On Sundays I dedicate them totally to commenting live on e-Sports championships, where I receive some salary and we have hundreds of live viewers.
Also, and not least, I control the diet, I make between 5 or 6 meals a day, having a balanced diet.
Lastly, today we have news that next Saturday we can go running individually. I want to go out, I even have designed the circuit where I am going to run.
